Terms of Service

1. License Grant

Osprey is proprietary commercial software developed by Michel Wijnberg. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to your subscription tier.

2. Evaluation License

The free evaluation tier permits monitoring of up to 32 devices with no time limit. All features are included. The evaluation license is intended for testing and evaluation purposes. Production use beyond 32 devices requires a paid license.

3. Professional License

The Professional license permits production use beyond the evaluation tier and includes priority support and software updates for the duration of the subscription. Contact sales@wijnberg.net for licensing terms.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the software to provide a hosted or managed service to third parties without an Enterprise agreement

5. Support

Evaluation users receive community support. Professional license holders receive priority email support. Enterprise customers receive dedicated support as defined in their agreement.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Michel Wijnberg does not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Michel Wijnberg be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
