All Osprey users have access to email support and the full user guide — regardless of license tier. Support is handled on a best-effort basis.
How to report an issue
Good bug reports get fixed faster. Follow these steps before submitting a request.

Check the User Guide
The User Guide covers installation, configuration, and common troubleshooting scenarios. Most setup issues are addressed there.

Submit a support request
Use the contact form and select "Technical support" as the subject. Include the following information for a fast resolution:
